Training on the Fundamentals of Landlord Tenant Law in Three Sessions

Session I (Nonpayment Proceedings) Tues. 7/8/08 5:30-8:30 PM

Session II (Holdover Proceedings): Wed. 7/9/08 5:30 - 8:30 PM

Session III (Ethics, HP, Resource Centers): Thurs. 7/10/08 5:30 - 8:30 PM

  • CLE Credit Comments: YOU MUST AGREE TO VOLUNTEER AT LEAST 12 HOURS IN THE HOUSING COURT'S RESOURCE CENTER (giving legal advice) IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE CLE CREDITS. Attendance at Sessions I, II, and III is required to volunteer and obtain CLE credit. Attorneys admitted for less than two years are ineligible to receive CLE credit for watching video replays, but are welcome to participate.
