This free training will cover immigration options available to victims of domestic violence, including Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Self-Petitions, Battered Spouse Waivers, T visas for victims of trafficking, and U visas for crime victims. The dynamics of domestic violence, as well as legal requirements for each form of relief, will be addressed.
