Session II: Ethics of Unbundled Legal Services and Interviewing & Sensitivity Skills Date: Thursday, April 17, 2008 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Session III: Courtroom Procedure, Public Benefits, Negotiating Stipulations of Settlement and Writing Stipulations of Settlement Date: Tuesday, April 22, 2008, 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
