As Public Assistance families find paid employment, they may no longer be eligible for cash benefits. However, certain programs, such as transitional Medicaid, child care and Food Stamps may still be available to them. Eligibility for these transitional benefits will be covered, including how to ensure that people get access to the benefits and how to advocate when recipients are terminated inappropriately from PA and denied these benefits. We will also review eligibility for other programs once transitional benefits end.

Please note this training will not cover basic eligibility for public assistance.

Registration required.
Cost: $40.00
