Attorneys will be trained to represent an inMotion client in a litigated divorce action in Supreme Court. Issues to be addressed may include: equitable distribution of marital property, spousal support or maintenance, child support, and child custody and visitation. Detailed training manual and sample documents provided.
A contested divorce case will be assigned at the end of the training. Attorneys can work individually on the case or as part of a team of two or more attorneys. The assigned pro bono case is likely to require one or more court appearances.
