Amy Bach, a former reporter for The American Lawyer and Stanford Law School graduate, has written a book exposing dysfunction in America's criminal justice system. We spoke to her about her book, Ordinary Injustice, and why lazy attorneys, arbitrary rulings and cronyism in our country's courts hurt everyone in the end.
