This 1 hr. Ethics CLE program approved by the NC State Bar provides an overview of the fundamental principles of ethics facing practitioners, with emphasis on trust account violations and fee issues. Their will be discussion and review of the attorney ethic rules that find most common application to general practice. The program provides good basic ethics information for new attorneys and a refresher course for more experienced practitioners.
