Client signed a 36 month lease for in a mobile home lot in 2007. The lease contained an option to purchase the land after the inital lease period. The purchase terms were $15,000 at 15% interest. In the agreement, the seller agreed to grade the property so Client could place a trailer on it. Seller has not graded the property, and as a result Client has had to live in a camper for over 4 years.
CLIENT'S GOALS: Client wants the land graded so she could place her trailer on it. She would also like to be compensated for pain and suffering and medical expenses she feels she incurred as a result of living in a camper, as well as for the food she has had to buy, since she doesn't have a kitchen in the camper and can not prepare her meals.
