SORRY, THIS EVENT IS FULL.
This session is designed to provide practical tips and best practices when representing victims of domestic violence. Topics include working with domestic violence victims; ethical considerations of representing children in domestic violence cases; criminal domestic violence cases; civil domestic violence court procedures; and preparing for a civil domestic violence case. The session will include "A View from the Bench" with the participation of three District Court Judges.
Tuition: $100 Attorney Rate, $50 Pro Bono Attorney Rate, $25 PD/DA Non-Profit Rate, $25 Paralegal Rate.
