The American Bar Association's Military Pro Bono Project offers attorneys two different ways to help military families:

Providing Pro Bono Legal Counsel

Attorneys can register to be contacted by the ABA Military Pro Bono Project with opportunities to provide pro bono counsel on behalf of military families. Clients in these cases are junior-enlisted, active-duty military and their families with civil legal problems in need of pro bono help. Learn more.

Joining Operation Stand-By

Attorneys can register to volunteer time to receive calls or emails from military attorneys in need of attorney-to-attorney advice on state-specific legal topics relating to your legal area of expertise, so they can better assist their servicemember clients. Learn more.
