Client is seeking assistance with a conservatorship over her 40-year old son. The son suffered a closed-head injury which resulted in severe memory loss. His condition has caused him to leave school and be medically discharged from the Navy. The son has trouble managing his personal affairs. He has lived with the client for most of his life.
