Client is seeking assistance with enforcing a visitation order for his children. The visitation agreement was made and enforced pursuant to a Final Divorce Decree. The party was injured, which resulted in getting behind on child support payments. At that time, the wife refused to allow the client to see the children. Since he has started receiving disability, the client pays child support and arrears. The client does not know the address of the children and mother, nor does he have any contact information. The client will occasionally hear from the children when they are able to call.
