The client requests assistance with a divorce on the ground of Irreconcilable Differences. The parties were married on June 7, 1991 in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. Both parties agree to the terms of a no fault divorce. They separated on or about January 1999 in Pike County, Mississippi. The parties have two daughters, one child born June 25, 1990, who is emancipated and lives on her own, and the other child born April 7, 1992 who currently lives with the client. The client had one child during the marriage born September 18, 2001. The husband has been ruled out through genetic testing as being that child's biological father. The biological father has been identified.
