Client is seeking assistance with filing for Visitation/Custody of her minor child. Client stated the child currently resides with her; client has never been married to the child's father; the child has been in client's care and custody since birth; there are no existing custody orders or pending court hearings; client desires the father to have visitation so he will not take the child and run off; client is afraid it will happen again; client also needs help with getting child support from the father; client desires sole custody of the child
