Welcome to the Media Law and Freedom of Expression site.
This site has been set up by the IBA Media Law Committee and the IBA Human Rights Institute to encourage information sharing between media lawyers throughout the world. Our aim is the creation of a strong global network which will allow media lawyers to support and learn from each other.
Here you will find up-to-date news, access relevant and contemporary resources and stay informed of upcoming events. You can also learn about the IBAHRI's latest media law and freedom of expression projects, such as our recent work in South East Asia.
