This webinar presented by a staff attorney at the Federal Trade Commission will provide a substantive law training on how to assist identity theft victims and discuss how to incorporate identity theft services into existing legal services programs, using an advocate's manual that the FTC provides. Also, the webinar will examine how to assist victims who may be denied public assistance, lose utilities, or be denied employment because of identity theft, and will touch on issues relating to child ID theft victims.
