This webinar will provide tools to equip advocates to help women who are considering fleeing make fully informed decisions and will include a brief overview of state and federal kidnapping laws, focusing on those with particular importance for battered women. Participants will explore a hypothetical case from start to finish and identify effective interventions and strategies for the women and children they serve.
