The Employment Rights Consortium holds a weekly Wage Claims Clinic for workers in our community.

We need volunteers to:
• Interview workers with claims for unpaid wages
• Assist in the drafting of demand letters
• Interpret (Spanish and Portuguese) for pro bono attorneys
• Advise workers of their rights (Attorneys)

Please attend our Volunteer Training:
• Learn about the intersection of immigration and employment law
• Engage in basic discussion of laws relevant to claims for unpaid wages
• Talk with current volunteers about their experiences
• Hear how the Wage Claim Clinic works; review intake paperwork
