Important Notice About Change in Iowa Legal Aid Office Hours

• Iowa Legal Aid has experienced a loss of funding which has resulted in the program losing support staff positions. ­
• Starting Monday, October 4, 2010, Iowa Legal Aid offices will be closed to the public at 4:30 p.m. instead of 5:00 p.m.
• Intake hours will remain the same. Apply for assistance Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Call 800-5321-1275 (se habla español). Emergency intakes will be handled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Regular hours may resume later.
