Public Service Provisions of the College Cost Reduction and Access Act of 2007
The act directly benefits public interest lawyers in two specific ways. First, the act provides for income-based payments on certain federally-backed student loans. Second, the act provides for the forgiveness of certain Federal Direct student loans. Read the details here.
