Client is requesting a pro bono attorney for representation in drafting an Advanced Healthcare Directive (ACHD) and Durable Power of Attorney (DPOA). Client currently suffers from seizures and recently diagnosed with Chrons disease (affecting small intestines, ulcers). Client wants to establish an AHCD/DPOA in case something happens to her and she becomes incapacitated.
