What is child support, how is it calculated, the different routes to a support order, and the relationship between welfare and child support. Will review the Child Support Guidelines and the worksheet used to calculate support. Will also cover the basics of Family Court rules and procedures relating to establishment or modification of child support, and how to prepare for court.
