Robin Maher, Director of the American Bar Association Death Penalty Representation Project will join Minnesota attorneys who have volunteered on death penalty cases to discuss the special challenges that arise in death penalty representation, including racial bias in the legal system.

Ms Maher will be joined by Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Keyes, Robert Schnell of Faegre and Benson, Mark Olson of Oppenheimer, Wolff and Donnelley, David Schultz of Maslon, Edelman, Borman and Brand, and University of Minnesota Professor Carl Warren.

A light lunch will be provided.
