Death Penalty

This intense practice-oriented program is led by John Niland and Philip Wischkaemper. It will help prepare defense attorneys to try capital cases. The program will focus on a variety of trial skills including jury selection, communication skills, cross examination, opening and closing statements. Feedback will be available in group break-out sessions. The 2009 program will focus on the top 10 things every capital litigator needs to know.
