The USCIS has begun accepting I-601A provisional waivers for the unlawful presence ground of inadmissibility. The agency is denying applicants whom it has a "reason to believe" are inadmissible for any other ground. How do you interview your client to obtain all the information you need to determine eligibility? How do you deal with prior criminal activity, DUIs, drug use, fraud, or smuggling? What techniques should you consider to uncover hardship factors and marshal the supporting documentation? We will cover these issues in this webinar, as well as provide updated information from the USCIS and the Department of State. Join CLINIC attorneys Debbie Smith and Charles Wheeler, and Immigration Attorney Veronica Garza from Ft. Worth Catholic Charities for this informative webinar.
