Who qualifies for voluntary departure and what are the advantages and disadvantages of a grant of "VD"? Whether or not you represent clients in removal proceedings, you will certainly have clients who currently have VD, or overstayed a grant of VD and now want to know what if any impact that has on eligibility for another immigration benefit.
