The Washington Council of Lawyers Awards Reception presents the Outstanding Government Pro Bono Attorney Award, the Law Firm Pro Bono Award, and the WCL Presidents' Award, in recognition of extraordinary dedication to the pro bono and public interest community. Our keynote speaker this year is Harold Koh, Legal Adviser to the Department of State.
