Come join us for an annual update on this pathway to independent living for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, who want to move out of intermediate care or nursing facilities and into the community. Featured speakers will include Sakena McWright, MSW, MSIR, MFP Project Director at DC Department of Health Care Finance.
