This training session is designed to equip attorneys who have had little or no experience in family law matters to competently and comfortably handle ustody and support matters for pro bono clients.

<br />This program is appropriate for attorneys and attorney/paralegal teams (paralegals must attend with an attorney). Attorneys must be admitted to practice in the Distirct of Columbia. Attorneys admitted to prictic in another jurisdiction may also be eligible if qualified to practice under Rule 49(c) of the Rule of the D.C. Court of Appeals. Attorneys must have their own malpractice insurance.
