The purpose of the training session is to expand the pool of lawyers prepared to provided pro bono assistance to aspiring and existing entrepreneurs through the Small Business Brief Advice Legal Clinics, which are held by the DC Bar Pro Bono Program's Community Economic Development Project.

<br />This program will focus on business formation, real estate issues, intellectual property considerations, and employment law as they relate to the unique circumstances of small neighborhood-based businesses. This program is appropriate for attorneys ONLY.
