This four hour CLE will teach participants how to work with low-income clients of diverse cultural backgrounds, identify issues which could prevent applicants from obtaining a U visa, prepare a waiver for such issues, obtain certification from law enforcement, and submit a winning U visa application as an affirmative application to US Citizenship and Immigration Services and as a possible defense to removal proceedings.
