The American Bar Foundation has released ACCESS ACROSS AMERICA: FIRST REPORT OF THE CIVIL JUSTICE INFRASTRUCTURE MAPPING PROJECT, a study that maps out state-by-state the scope of civil legal services available to assist the U.S. public in accessing civil justice.
