Mayor of the City of Scottsboro, Alabama Signs Proclamation

On October 17, 2011 Melton Potter, Mayor of the City of Scottsboro, Alabama, signed a proclamation declaring October 23-29, 2011 to be Pro Bono Week. After signing the proclamation, Mayor Potter presented it to Will Parks, the Jackson County Bar Association President.
