Convicted! An eyewitness identified the perpetrator - "I would never forget that face!" But did they?
The Innocence Project cites eyewitness misidentification as the "single greatest cause of wrongful convictions." Please join us to hear this distinguished panel engage in a lively discussion on eyewitness misidentification, the contributing factors of misidentification, and what laws and changes have been made in the State of Connecticut to prevent future wrongful convictions.
