Kansas Legal Services and the Area Agency on Aging, in cooperation with the Young Lawyers Section of the Kansas Bar Association will hold a legal needs event for senior citizens. The participating public will have the opportunity to discuss their legal needs with an attorney. They can prepare a Living Will and Durable Power of Attorney, with assistance from the attorney.
