This FREE conference will provide families, the formerly incarcerated and interested community friends, the opportunity to learn about resources available to families who are dealing with the hardships of having an incarcerated loved one. Formerly incarcerated people who are dealing with the challenges of reintegrating back into their communities, will have an opportunity to connect with individuals and organizations that care.
