The Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation along with Bob Redmond, an attorney with Williams Mullen, will do client intake to determine whether the individual is eligible for Deferred Action. If the client is eligible, the VAHCCF and Bob Redmond will process the entire application pro bono. The client is only responsible for paying the filing fee which is required by USCIS.
