Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project is pleased to announce a CLE series for attorneys interested in learning how to represent clients in Immigration Court removal proceedings. The trainings will cover substantive law and very practical information, such as:

  • Immigration Court procedure and protocol;
  • Immigration Court filing requirements;
  • Common mistakes on immigration forms;
  • Descriptions and role plays of hearing colloquy; and
  • How to plan for the different stages of an immigration case.
