In partnership with the Alaska Federation of Natives, Alaska Legal Services Corporation, and the Alaska Native Justice Center, the Alaska Bar Association will be offering two days of pro bono service at this year's Alaska Federation of Natives Convention in Anchorage. This event is attended by more than 4,000 Alaskans from all areas--rural and urban--of the state.
Client appointments will be an hour each with 20 attorney volunteers per day over a three hour shift each day. We are planning to fill all 120 appointment slots prior to the event.
