Hon. Henry J. Scudder, Presiding Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Fourth Department, will attend a local pro bono recognition celebration to award certificates of appreciation to Steuben County, NY attorneys who have volunteered their time to assist low-income clients through the Southern Tier Volunteer Lawyers Project, a program of Southern Tier Legal Services.
