Agenda includes family law topics such as preparing for temporary orders hearing, non-parent custody issues, evidence and discovery and maximizing results at mediation. Course attendance is free for any lawyer who agrees to take 2 pro bono cases through Lone Star Legal Aid in the next 12 months.
- CLE Credit Comments: Approved for 5.50 hours of CLE, of which 1.50 is Ethics. Approved by Texas Board of Legal Specialization for certification and recertification for attorneys and legal assistants in Civil Trial Law and Family Law.
