- CLE Credit Comments: Two CLEs are available: An Integrated Approach to Representing Domestic Violence Survivors: The Nuts and Bolts of Restraining Orders and Other Criminal and Civil Remedies. The speakers are the Hon. Jean Maurer and the Hon. Diana Stuart, Sarah McDowell of Raphael House, Amy Holmes-Hehn of the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office, and Julia Olsen and Pam Haan from Legal Aid Services of Oregon. Responding to the Unemployment Crisis in Oregon: A Primer for Representing Clients in Unemployment Compensation Hearings and Appeals.
