On Friday, October 30, 2009 the Public Service Committee will
sponsor an event when members of the public can come in for a
short legal consultation for free. This event will take place from
1:00 - 6:00 p.m. at 14A-2 District Court, 415 W. Michigan Ave.,
Ypsilanti. Attorneys willing to contribute just two hours will meet
with up to four clients. Areas of law most needed are family,
employment, probate, landlord/tenant, debtor's rights,
bankruptcy, foreclosure, general civil, and SSI/RSDI appeals.
