California Supreme Court Justice Carlos Moreno will be the keynote speaker at the Pro Bono Symposium, the kick off event of this year's Pro Bono Week.
The symposium will include a networking reception for pro bono attorneys and local nonprofits and will also feature MCLE panel discussions on various topics including: Innovative Pro Bono Projects, Self-Help and Court-Based Projects, and Model Pro Bono Practices at Law Firms.
- CLE Credit Comments: There will be four break out sessions available that are MCLE eligible. They will be offered in two modules of two concurrent sessions each. The topics are: • Changing Legal Needs in Low-Income Communities • Model Pro Bono Practices at Law Firms • Innovative Pro Bono Projects • Self-Help and Court-Based Projects
