The Public Law Center, together with the Orange County Bar Association, will host a Guardianship training.
Topics covered include:

• Basic Guardianship Law
• How-to Approach When Petitioning for Uncontested Guardianship
• Time-line of a Guardianship Case
• Review of Judicial Council Forms and Pleadings
• View from the Bench and Effective Ways to Manage a Case
• This training is offered free of charge to OCBA members in exchange for two visits to the Guardianship Clinic. For non-OCBA members, the fee is $15.00 and two visits to the Guardianship Clinic.
