Local dignitaries, including retired Supreme Court Justice Harry Martin, Chief District Court Judge Gary Cash, and the 28th Judicial District Pro Bono Committee will join Asheville Mayor Terry Bellamy in proclaiming "Pro Bono Week" in Western North Carolina.
