Introduce attendees to state and federal public benefits programs available to low income residents of Franklin County so that they can make appropriate agency referrals. Attendees will also learn about the common issues in eligibility, termination, and adjustment of benefits which should be referred to the Legal Aid Society for further assessment and possible representation.
