Part 2: Patentable Subject Matter Analysis After CLS Bank

Part One examines the current European Patent system and how it is used by applicants, taking into account its interface with the European Union, and comparing it to the U.S. Patent System.

Part Two analyzes new developments US Patent law following a recent major ruling on computer programs and business methods.
