The AIDS Legal Referral Panel will provide this free MCLE training to educate attorneys on the legal issues faced by people living with HIV/AIDS.
Restraining Orders
This presentation includes discussion of the types of restraining orders, counseling the client, preparing the filings, negotiating settlements and drafting settlement documents, and the hearing.
