This free training will educate and prepare attorneys on how to handle adoption proceedings in family court. It is expected that participating associates will accept a case for representation. The training is geared for both transitional and non-transitional attorneys. Throughout the course of the representation, mentoring and technical support, including screening clients and reviewing drafted court papers, will be available.
